Defining Organizational Sustainability
Organizational Sustainability is the ability for a group of persons to endure the internal and external pressures of a culture, through change and innovation, as they endeavor to deliver their specific products. To do that you need a lens, or a model through which you can evaluate the organization – we call that model the LesKar Principles of Sustainability.
Our sustainability model offers seven guiding principles that, if diligently followed, will transform the internal culture of your organization.
Organizational Team Development
Simply stated, Organizational Team Development is the exercise of transforming a committed group of individuals into a cohesive unit. Employing the principles developed by Patrick Lencioni in his book ‘The Five Dysfunctions of a Team’, LesKar further unfolds these (5) principles and have now coined them Organizational Team Development principles.
After reading our book, ‘Taming the Squid’ and going through the Implementation and Training Manual, you will have a clear model through which your teams can become focused, functional and effective in achieving their end results.
Organizational Process Management
Organizational Process Management is simply an active effort in refining a series of rudimentary steps required to deliver a specified product or service. Perhaps better said it is simply providing your team/company/organization/home the guidelines that will communicate “what done looks like.”
Too often we hear someone say “we aren’t playing off the same sheet of music” which translated means “what we are doing isn’t working”. Using the LesKar Organizational Process Management model, this will no longer be a problem. Everyone, all the time, will know precisely what they are responsible for, when it is required, the steps needed to get there, and a roadmap that will take them there.
